My husband's web site. He recently retired from Louisiana Tech University where he taught architecture and water media painting. He is a signature member of the American Watercolor Society and the International Society of Acrylic Painters. Some of his paintings are on exhibit at Art Accents Gallery in Bentonville, Arkansas. His work was included in the top 100 in the National Arts for the Parks competition in 2002 and 2004. He won the Artist Magazine Award at the National Acrylic Painters' Association exhibition in Santa Fe, NM. He also won a purchase award in the 2002 WaterColor USA Exhibition in Springfield, MO. Charles also teaches art workshops. He recently finished his first book for North Light Books, the title of which is, Acrylics: The Watercolor Alternative. The book will be released in August 2005.
